Da Nang Directory (danangdirectory.com and the Da Nang Directory mobile apps) is operated by Raw Marketing Group LLC, Nevada, USA. In this policy, "we" and "us" means Raw Marketing Group LLC. You can reach us any time at info@danangdirectory.com.

You can browse the directory without an account. We only collect the following:

• Account details: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google. Passwords are handled by our hosting platform and are never visible to us.
• Saved places: the listings you bookmark, stored on your account so they follow you across devices.
• Business owner details: if you list or claim a business, the business information, photos, deals, ads and contact details you add, plus your plan and billing status.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, plan and payment status, but never your full card number.
• Messages and forms: what you send through our contact form or business application form, such as your name, email and message.
• Usage data: pages viewed, listings opened, taps on call, map and website buttons, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address. We use this to improve the directory and to show business owners how their listing performs (in totals, never who you are).

The website uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand traffic and measure our own advertising. These services may set cookies and receive data such as pages visited and device information. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We do not sell your personal information.

• To run your account, keep your saved places and let business owners manage their listings.
• To process payments and send receipts, reminders and service emails.
• To answer your messages and requests.
• To keep the directory accurate, safe and free of abuse.
• To understand how the directory is used and make it better.

We share data only with the services that help us run Da Nang Directory: our app hosting platform (Base44), Stripe for payments, Google and Meta for analytics, and our email provider. Business listing information that owners choose to publish is public. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We keep your account data until you delete your account. Payment and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data is kept in summary form.

You can delete your account at any time inside the app: sign in, open Account, and tap Delete my account. This removes your login and your saved places, and cancels any active listing plans or monthly services so you are not charged again. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are kept only as long as required.

You can also email info@danangdirectory.com from the email on your account to ask us to access, correct or delete your data. We reply within 30 days.

Da Nang Directory is a travel guide for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

All connections use HTTPS, payments run through Stripe, and access to admin tools is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes, we will let account holders know by email or in the app.
