These terms apply to danangdirectory.com and the Da Nang Directory mobile apps, operated by Raw Marketing Group LLC, Nevada, USA. By using Da Nang Directory you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Da Nang Directory is a free guide to things to do, places to eat and useful services in Da Nang, Vietnam. Listing details such as opening hours, prices, photos and contact information come from businesses, public sources and our own research. We work hard to keep them accurate, but things change, so please confirm important details with the business before you go. Some images are marked as not being a real photo of the venue.

We are not a party to anything you arrange with a listed business. Bookings, purchases and services are between you and that business.

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.

Business owners can claim or add a listing and choose a paid plan on our website. Plans are billed monthly through Stripe in Vietnamese dong and renew until cancelled. You can cancel from your listing page, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. The Max plan has a 6-month minimum term, shown before you buy. If a payment fails or a plan ends, the listing may be hidden until the plan is active again.

Owners are responsible for what they publish. Listings, photos, deals and ads must be accurate, legal and yours to use. We may edit or remove content that is misleading, offensive or breaks the law.

Please do not copy the directory in bulk, scrape it, post false or harmful content, try to break or overload the service, or use it for anything illegal.

The design, guides, articles and listing descriptions written by our team belong to Raw Marketing Group LLC. Business names, logos and photos belong to their owners.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Raw Marketing Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by listed businesses, third-party websites or information that has changed. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Da Nang Directory after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
